James-Hawkins Residential is pleased to announce that we are expanding our section 8 single-family homes in the Montgomery and Birmingham areas of Alabama. This expansion is a testament to our commitment to providing affordable, high-quality housing options to families in need.

Section 8, also known as the Housing Choice Voucher Program, is a federal program that provides assistance to low-income families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities to help them afford rental housing. The program is administered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is funded through a combination of federal, state, and local resources.

James-Hawkins Residential has a long history of providing affordable housing options to families and our expansion will add an additional 100 units to our portfolio.

Our new single-family homes will be located in convenient, family-friendly neighborhoods, and will feature modern amenities and energy-efficient appliances. We are committed to providing a high standard of living for our residents, and our homes are regularly inspected to ensure they meet all local and federal housing quality standards.
